moving forward, staying on top of the lenders, escrow officers , interpret
home inspections .
Handle the appraisal, and if needed justify the price with the appraiser.
Communicate EVERYTHING to the seller so they will stay worry free. Make sure all the seller's obligations are met , paperwork signed.
